Welcome to SandLike (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Purpose of the App

The App provides an approximate life-expectancy estimation based on information voluntarily submitted by the user and on scientific references such as research publications, epidemiological reports, and health statistics from reputable organizations.

The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All calculations represent approximate estimations only, not precise predictions.

Voluntary Information Submission

Users understand and agree that:

  • The personal and lifestyle information provided in the App is submitted voluntarily.
  • The App relies on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
  • Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information may affect the results.

No Medical or Professional Advice

The life-expectancy output generated by the App is:

  • A mathematical approximation
  • Based on general data trends and scientific factors
  • Not a medical evaluation
  • Not a replacement for professional healthcare advice

Users must not interpret the results as medical instructions or health decisions.

For medical questions, concerns, or decisions, users must consult qualified healthcare professionals.

Mental & Emotional Well-Being Disclaimer

The App is not responsible for any emotional, psychological, or mental distress caused by:

  • Shock, depression, anxiety, or demotivation after seeing the calculated result
  • Misinterpretation of the information
  • Fear or stress related to life-expectancy estimates

Users proceed at their own discretion and emotional readiness.

No Liability for Health or Lifestyle Actions

The App shall not be held liable if a user:

  • Alters ongoing treatments
  • Modifies diet, exercise, or lifestyle
  • Makes medical decisions or stops medication
  • Experiences health deterioration following changes in behavior

Any such actions taken based on App outputs are strictly the user’s responsibility.

No Liability for Financial Loss

The App is not responsible for any financial loss, including but not limited to:

All decisions based on App calculations are made at the user’s own risk.

Misuse & Account Termination

  • Use of the App is entirely at the user’s own risk.

Continued use of the App after changes indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
